Non Pressure Roof Cleaning Service

We apply a bleach/chlorine based roof cleaner to your asphalt shingle or barrel tile roof gently covering your roof to wash away the dark stains with our low-pressure system. We do not pressure wash your roof as this could lead to leaks, loss of shingle or removal of tile coating.

The Process:

1) Prepare roof and surroundings for service

2) Applying the roof solution via wand

3) Allow time to drain and set

4) Sun deactivates chem, and solution is allowed to rinse

Roof Moss & Lichens

If you have roof moss or lichens growing (the black streaks and green stuff), your roof has already been affected and the life of your roof is in jeopardy. Our safe roof cleaning products and processes will get rid of these growths and prevent shingle damage.
